摘要
通过电镀的方法制备了不同晶粒尺寸的纳米镀锌层和微米镀锌层。应用极化曲线和交流阻抗的方法研究了它们在 5 %NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明 ,纳米镀锌层较微米镀锌层腐蚀电流密度增加 ,纳米镀锌层的电化学腐蚀行为存在纳米尺寸效应。镀锌层纳米化使参与反应的原子数增加 ,阳极交换电流密度提高 ;氧的阴极还原更为容易 。
Different crystalline-sized nanometer and micrometer zinc plates were prepared by electroplating. Their electrochemical corrosion behaviors in 5 % NaCI solution were investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and EIS techniques. The results showed that the corrosion current density of nanometer zinc plate was increased and there existed nanometer - sized effect. The rise of anodic exchange current density was attributed to the more active zinc atoms on the grain boundary and the rise of cathodic exchange current density was due to the easiness of cathodic deoxidization of oxygen.
