RECENT DEVELOPMENT OF SYNTHESIS,MECHANISM OF PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTIONS AND METAL COMPLEXES OF SULFASALAZINE

摘要柳氮磺胺吡啶具有消炎和抗菌的性质,主要用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎和类风湿关节炎.对柳氮磺胺吡啶的合成、药理和金属配合物研究进展进行了评述. Sulfasalazine possesses both antiinflammatory and antibacterial properties and was mainly used to treat inflammatory bowel disease and rheumatoid arthritis.This paper summarizes recent development of synthesis,pharmacological actions,mechanisms of actions and metal complexes of sulfasalazine.
