摘要
通过对水杨酸及含水杨酸废渣的特性进行细致分析,并经分步工艺设计与理论计算确定工艺参数,设计了一套适用于从含水杨酸废渣中回收水杨酸,以及工业水杨酸纯化的升华凝华工艺。试验证明该工艺可以从水杨酸废渣中直接回收得到纯度99.9%的水杨酸。
The characteristics of salicylic acid and its water-containing waste residues were analyzed in detail, and the technological parameters were determined by step-by-step technological design and theoretical calculation. Then, a set of sublimation-desublimation process for recovering salicylic acid from its residues or purifying industrial salicylic acid was obtained. The results showed that this process could directly recover salicylic acid with 99.9 % purity from its residues.
