摘要
独立学院在高等教育扩招的背景下应运而生,现在已是我国高等教育的重要力量,但独立学院的发展时间不长,社会认可度不高。当前,独立学院在人才培养中存在培养目标不明确、专业设置不合理、师资力量不强、人才培养质量体系有偏差等问题。为了适应应用型人才培养和教育需求,独立学院应通过建立规范严格的教学管理机制、加快自身师资队伍建设、建立符合应用型人才培养目标的教学与课程体系等改革措施,提高教育教学质量,走出一条独立学院的特色办学道路。
Independent colleges began to come into existence under the background of enrollment increase in higher education,and now they become also the importance force for China's higher education. But independent colleges only undergo a short period for their development,and don't receive the high recognition degree from the society.Currently,independent colleges have some problems in talent cultivation: ambiguous cultivation aim,unreasonable majors' setting up,weak strength in faculties,and the deficiencies in the quality system for talents cultivation etc. In order to adapt to the requirement of cultivating application-oriented talents,independent colleges should set up strict and normative teaching management mechanism,quicken the construction of its own teacher team,build up the reform measures for teaching and courses system that match with the aim of cultivation application- oriented talents,and improve the quality of education and teaching so as to go on the way of running school with its own characteristics.
