摘要
如何对高校科技投入进行绩效评价是目前教育界乃至社会各界关注的问题。本文选择了科技投入和科技产出的相关8个绩效评价指标,采用完全包络面(DEA Super)建立绩效评价模型,结合我国2008年-2013年高校的相关数据进行实证分析,将评价对象与最优绩效面和最劣绩效面进行对比,为相关评价提供依据。
Nowadays, how to evaluate the performance of science and technology input in colleges and universities becomes a concern for the educational circles and many sectors of society. Based on eight performance evaluation indicators related to science and technology input and output, this paper uses DEA Super to build a PA model. After analyzing the related data from 2008-2013 in colleges and universities, this paper compares the evaluation objects with the optional performance level and the worst one respectively, which will be helpful to back up my following PA.
