摘要 磁控焊接技术是近些年来逐渐发展起来的一种新型的焊接技术,为解决在TIG高速焊过程中,电弧后拖产生咬边、驼峰焊道、未焊透等焊缝成形缺陷,采用外加磁场的方法,通过改变焊接工艺参数与外加磁场的参数影响,如激磁电流、激磁电流频率、磁感应强度等磁控参数,改变电弧形态和运动特性,从而抑制咬边,改善焊缝成形缺陷。文中通过磁控技术对TIG高速焊的电弧形态及焊缝缺陷的解决进行了探讨。 Magnetron welding technology is a new type of welding technology that has been developed in recent years.In order to solve the defect in the TIG high-speed welding process,the undercut of the arc is caused by undercut,hump weld and incomplete penetration.The magnetic field method changes the shape and motion characteristics of the arc by changing the influence of the welding process parameters and the parameters of the applied magnetic field,such as the excitation current,the excitation current frequency and the magnetic induction intensity,thereby suppressing the undercut to improve the weld forming defect.In this paper,the method of solving the arc shape and weld defect of TIG high-speed welding is discussed by magnetron technology.
