摘要 对准Ф219 mm×8.8 mm TA2钛合金管道全位置等离子弧焊仰焊焊缝成形进行了研究,通过对仰焊位置熔池受力分析,阐述了仰焊位置PAW焊缝成形缺陷产生的原因,分析认为仰焊位置PAW内凹的产生与穿孔熔池受重力影响引起的熔池"塌陷"密切相关。仰焊位置PAW的特点是焊缝正面熔宽较大、背面熔宽较小,且焊缝背面余高较小易产生内凹缺陷。通过试验表明,不同焊接参数对焊缝成形影响均不相同,焊缝背面熔宽对焊接参数变化较敏感,当各参数之间相互匹配时,可得到良好的焊缝成形。 The weld formation of Ф219×8.8 mm TA2 titanium alloy pipe by all-position plasma arc welding at overhead position was studied.The force analysis of the weld pool at the overhead position was explained.The causes of the defects in the PAW weld formation at the overhead position was elaborated.The analysis shows that the generation of the concave in the PAW at the overhead position is closely related to the "collapse" of the molten pool caused by the influence of gravity of the perforated molten pool.The feature of the overhead position of PAW is that the front side of the weld has a large weld width,the back side has small weld width,the weld reinforcement of the back side of the weld is small and is liable to cause concave defects.The test shows that different welding parameters have different effects on weld formation.The width of the back of the weld is sensitive to the change of welding parameters,and good weld formation can be obtained when the parameters match each other.
