摘要
针对炮弹壳体和减旋片手工焊接的现状,研发了一种专用炮弹壳体和减旋片焊接工艺的新型数控点焊机。该机焊接时间、焊点尺寸和焊点旋转定位精度等均由数控系统伺服控制。结构上采用滚珠丝杠副传动,减小了焊接位置误差;旋转主轴由伺服电机直连,提高了分度定位精度;多行程气缸控制焊接压紧力,确保了焊接可靠性。经生产实践证明:加工后零件的焊接质量明显优于手工焊接且无焊点击穿问题,生产效率提高了75%,同时解决了企业的技术难题,为企业创造良好的经济效益。
For the present situation of manual welding of shell and spin-reducing plate, the spot-welding machine with new numerical control was researched and used in the welding of shell and reduction plate. The machine used parameters to control automatically, such as welding point time, welding point size and positioning accuracy of solder joint and so on. The ball screw drive was used in the machine structure and the welding position error was also reduced. The rotary spindle was directly connected by servo motor, which improved indexing and positioning accuracy. The multiple-pass cylinder controlled the welding pressure to ensure the reliability of welding. After machining parts, the welding quality was better than the manual welding, and it didn’t have a problem of solder joints breakdown. Moreover, production efficiency of automatic welding increased by 75%. The above had been proved by production practices. The machine could solve technical problems of enterprises, which created good economic benefits for enterprises.
