摘要
目的探讨2013年驻鄂某部队腺病毒7型所致的肺炎的临床特点及诊治经过。方法收治驻鄂某部队肺炎患者52例,分析其临床特点和诊治经过。结果 52例患者均来自集中居住的同一部队的新兵,发病高峰为2013年1-2月,发热、咳嗽、咽部不适为主要表现,可出现胸闷。可有其它系统表现,查体无干湿性罗音,辅助检查:病毒学检测为腺病毒7型,近半数患者白细胞计数和中性粒细胞比例升高,可有血沉偏快,C反应蛋白、肌酸激酶、谷丙转氨酶升高,其中肺部CT诊断为肺炎,均治愈出院,平均病程5~20 d。结论发生在驻鄂某部队的52例肺炎患者为腺病毒7型感染,以呼吸道传播为主,临床表现多样化,但以发热、咳嗽、咽部不适为主要症状,查体咽部可见灰白色附着物,肺部听诊无干湿性罗音,部分出现其它脏器损害。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia caused by adenovirus type 7 in 2013.Methods from March to January 2013.52 patients with pneumonia in our hospital were treated in our hospital,and their clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.Results 52 patients were all from the same force of the same army recruits,the peak incidence of February to January 2013.fever,cough,throat discomfort as the main performance,can appear chest tightness.Other system performance,check body has nothing to do with the wet rales,auxiliary examination:virological testing for adenovirus type 7.nearly half of patients with white cell count and neutrophil percentage of cells increased,erythrocyte sedimentation rate too fast,elevated G-reactive protein,creatine kinase(CK).glutamic pyruvic transaminase,including lung CT diagnosis of pneumonia,were cured and discharged average disease course of 5-20 days.Conclusion occurred in 52 cases of pneumonia of a force in Hubei were infected with adenovirus type 7.mainly to the spread of respiratory tract,diverse clinical manifestations,but with fever,cough,throat discomfort as the main symptom,check pharynx visible gray white attachment,lung auscultation no wet rales,some other organ damage.
