摘要
功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是临床上常见的胃肠功能疾病,其中脑肠轴的异常是FD发生的本质原因,而脑肠肽作为脑肠轴的分子基础,在调节脑及胃肠功能方面起到了主要作用。针刺治疗FD,可改善患者胃肠动力障碍、降低内脏敏感性、良性调节胃肠功能紊乱,还可促进胃肠动力型脑肠肽的增加,对脑肠肽起着正向调节作用,同时对调节FD症状起着重要作用。
Functional dyspepsia(FD) is a common gastrointestinal disease in clinical practice.The abnormality of brain-gut axis is the essential cause of FD.Brain-gut peptide,as the molecular basis of brain-gut axis,plays a major role in regulating brain and gastrointestinal function.In terms of treating FD,acupuncture can not only improve gastrointestinal motility disorder,reduce visceral sensitivity,and benignly regulate gastrointestinal dysfunction,but also promote the increase of gastrointestinal motility-type brain-gut peptide,play a positive regulatory role on brain-gut peptide,and play an important role in regulating FD symptoms.
