摘要
目的:通过检索、梳理针刺治疗嗅觉障碍的现代临床文献,运用统计分析的方法探究其选穴规律。方法:采用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库中符合针刺或针刺结合其他疗法治疗嗅觉障碍的相关文献,并对其中涉及选穴进行统计分析。结果:得到相关文献28篇,分析发现临床上针刺治疗嗅觉障碍所选取的穴位主要集中在头面部,经络主要涉及手阳明大肠经和经外奇穴,腧穴以迎香、合谷、风池、鼻通最为常用。结论:针刺治疗嗅觉障碍具有按部选穴规律,重视局部选穴,最主要选取头面部的腧穴。
Objective:To explore the law of acupoint selection by searching and exploring the modern clinical literature of acupuncture in treatment of olfactory disorders and using statistical analysis.Methods:The literatures of Chinese journal full-text database were used to analyze the treatment of olfactory disorders with acupuncture or acupuncture combined with other therapies,and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results:A total of 28 related literatures were obtained.It was found that in acupuncture the acupoints selected in treatment of olfactory disturbance were mainly concentrated in the head and face.The meridians involved are mainly the Hand-yangming large intestine meridian and the extraordinary acupoints.The acupoints were mostly used are Yingxiang,Hegu,Fengchi and Bitong.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of olfactory disturbance has the rule of selecting points accordingly,paying attention to the selection of local points,with the most important choice being the acupoints of the head and face.
