摘要
目的:观察柴芍六君子汤对谷丙转氨酸(alaninetransaminase,ALT)<2倍正常值上限(upper limit of normal,ULN)慢性乙型病毒性肝炎病毒复制的影响。方法:将符合入选标准的300例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分成对照组100例和观察组200例。对照组给予逍遥丸口服,观察组给予柴芍六君子汤加减口服,两组疗程均为6个月。治疗期间动态监测乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)-DNA定量及HBsAg定量。结果:观察组治疗至24周时HBV-DNA对数值与治疗前比较,显著下降,且HBV-DNA对数值显著低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗24周时,观察组HBsAg定量与治疗前比较,显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:柴芍六君子汤对ALT <2倍ULN慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者病毒复制具有一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction on ALT < 2 × upper limit of normal( ULN) chronic viral hepatitis B virus replication. Methods: 300 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group of 100 patients and an observation group of 200 patients. The control group was given Xiaoyao Pill orally,and the observation group was given modified Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction orally. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Hepatitis B virus( HBV)-DNA quantification and HBsAg quantification were monitored dynamically during treatment. Results: After 24 weeks of treatment,the HBV-DNA pairs in the observation group of Chaishao Liujunzi were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the HBV-DNA pairs were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same period. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). At 24 weeks of treatment,the HBsAg quantification in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction has a certain inhibitory effect on viral replication in patients with ALT < 2 × ULN chronic viral hepatitis B.
