摘要
目的:探讨柴芍六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚型脾胃病患者的效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年4月莒县中医院收治的102例肝郁脾虚型脾胃病患者作为研究对象,将其均分为两组,各51例。对照组应用西药治疗,研究组应用柴芍六君子汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状评分及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组患者中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医症状评分均有明显下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝郁脾虚型脾胃病患者应用柴芍六君子汤治疗,能够显著改善患者临床症状,且不良反应小、安全性高,对于提升疾病治疗效果有重要意义,具有临床应用和推广价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 102 patients of spleen and stomach disease with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in Juxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the study subjects and equally divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western drug,while the study group was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction.The TCM symptom score and total effective rate before and after treatment in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores in both groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen and stomach disease of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,with mild adverse reaction and high safety,which is of key significance to improve the treatment effect,and has clinical application and promotion value.
