摘要
黄培新以整体观为重,认为脑出血术后患者当从肝论治,提出肝胆湿热、肝郁脾虚、肝肾亏虚3种证型,治疗上黄培新辨证论治,用药精炼。
HUANG Pei-xin takes the holistic view as the key point.He believes that patients with postoperative cerebral hemorrhage should be treated from liver theory,suggesting three types of syndromes:dampnessheat in the liver and gallbladder,stagnation of liver qi and deficiency in the spleen,and the deficiency of the liver and kidney.Professor HUANG’s treatment is based on syndrome differentiation and refined medication.
