摘要
中枢性发热是重症脑病常见的一个伴随症状,西医治疗效果欠佳,直接影响患者的预后。黄培新教授提出该病的病因病机为少阳阳明合病,提出了和解少阳、通腑泄热的治疗大法,方用大柴胡汤加减,取得较好的疗效。
The central fever is a symptom of severe encephalopathy and Western medicine has poor therapeutic effect, directly affecting the prognosis of patients. Professor HUANG Peixin proposed that the pathogenesis of the disease is Shaoyang Yangming disease, and made Tongfu Xiere therapy with Dachaihu Decoction, which has obtained better curative effect.
