摘要
目的 :探讨Spondin-2和c-Myc在肺腺癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法 :选取60例肺腺癌组织标本,非肿瘤性肺组织60例作为对照。应用免疫组化法检测Spondin-2和c-Myc的表达,并分析二者的表达与肺腺癌患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移以及患者预后的关系。结果 :Spondin-2在60例肺腺癌组织中阳性表达率为83.33%(50/60),在正常肺组织中阳性表达率为51.67%(31/60),二者有统计学差异。肺腺癌中Spondin-2的表达与组织学分级相关,差异有统计学意义,与发病年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移无显著相关。c-Myc在60例肺腺癌组织中阳性表达率为68.33%(41/60),在肺腺癌组织中阳性表达率为31.67%(19/60),二者有统计学差异。肺腺癌病人c-Myc的表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移有相关性,差异均有统计学意义,与性别、发病年龄、肿瘤大小无显著相关性。肺腺癌患者Spondin-2阳性表达与c-Myc阳性表达呈正相关性。生存分析显示,Spondin-2和c-Myc表达阴性组患者的无瘤生存率均明显高于其阳性组,差异均有统计学意义。结论 :Spondin-2和c-Myc在肺腺癌中呈高表达,且表达水平均与组织学分级有相关性,c-Myc也与淋巴结转移有关。二者阳性反映肺腺癌预后差。
Objective To investigate the expression of Spondin-2 and c-Myc in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with prognosis. Methods 60 cases of lung adenocarcinoma tissue specimens and 60 cases of non tumor lung tissue were selected as control. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Spondin-2 and c-Myc. The relationship between the expression of two and the age, sex, tumor size, histological grade, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Spondin-2 in 60 cases of lung adenocarcinoma was 83.33%(50/60), the positive expression rate in normal lung tissue was 51.67%(31/60), and the difference between two cases was statistically significant. The expression of Spondin-2 in lung adenocarcinoma correlated with histological grade. The difference was statistically significant, which was not correlated with age, sex, tumor size and lymph node metastasis. The positive expression rate of c-Myc in 60 cases of lung adenocarcinoma was 68.33%(41/60), and the positive expression rate in lung adenocarcinoma was 31.67%(19/60), and the difference between two cases was statistically significant. The expression of c-Myc in lung adenocarcinoma patients was correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis. The difference was statistically significant, which was not significantly correlated with gender, age of onset and size of tumor. The positive expression of Spondin-2 in the patients with lung adenocarcinoma was positively correlated with the positive expression of c-Myc. The survival analysis showed that the tumor free survival rate in the Spondin-2 and c-Myc negative groups was significantly higher than that in the positive group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Spondin-2 and c-Myc are highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma, and the level of expression is correlated with histological grade, and c-Myc is also associated with lymph node metastasis.
