摘要
目的:探讨中药补肾益精方联合环孢素A、雄激素对再生障碍性贫血患者的治疗效果分析。方法:将73例再生障碍性贫血患者分为两组,对照组采用环孢素A联合雄激素治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上采用中药补肾益精方内服,比较两组治疗前后血象指标及血清炎症因子水平变化。结果:联合组总有效率(94.59%)显著高于对照组(77.78%);两组治疗后白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板、血红蛋白的水平均显著高于治疗前;联合组血象指标改善程度显著优于对照组;两组治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白介素2(IL-2)、白介素6(IL-6)水平均显著降低;联合组血清炎症因子水平降低程度显著优于对照组;联合组不良反应发生率(8.11%)显著低于对照组(27.78%)。结论:中药补肾益精方联合环孢素A、雄激素能显著改善再生障碍性贫血患者血象水平,减轻炎症反应,促进造血功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the Effect of Bushenyijingformulae combined with cyclosporin A and androgen in the treatment of patients with aplastic anemia. Methods 73 patients with aplastic anemia were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with cyclosporine A combined with androgen therapy, and the treatment group was treated with Bushenyijingformulae in the control group. The changes of hemogram and serum levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combined group(94.59%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78%). The difference was statistically significant. In the two groups, the levels of white blood cells, neutrophils, platelets and hemoglobin were significantly higher than those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant. The combined group hemogram index improved significantly better than control group. Difference was statistically significant. After treatment, serum TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6, IL-2 water was significantly decreased in the two groups. The difference was statistically significant. The level of serum inflammatory factor in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group(8.11%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.78%). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Bushenyijingformulaecombined Cyclosporine A and androgen can significantly improve the regeneration of blood level in patients with aplastic anemia, reduce inflammation, promote the recovery of hematopoietic function.
