摘要
目的:通过慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者血清IFN-γ、IL-4和T细胞亚群的变化,探讨"益肾生血方"联合西药治疗CAA患者的疗效。方法:将CAA患者40例随机分为治疗组和对照组,选取体检健康者20名为正常组。对照组以环孢素软胶囊联合安雄、司坦唑醇口服,治疗组在以上治疗的基础上加用"益肾生血方"中药,采用流式细胞技术检测治疗组、对照组治疗前后血清IFN-γ、IL-4和T细胞亚群的变化。结果:治疗组IFN-γ显著下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05),而IL-4下降不明显。结论:CAA患者发病与免疫功能异常密切相关,"益肾生血方"可明显提高慢性再生障碍性贫血治疗效果。
Objective ： To investigate the changes of serum IFN - γ, IL - 4 and T cell subset in patients with chronicaplastic anemia and to observe the effect of Yishen Shengxue Formula combined with Western medicine on chronic aplas-tic anemia. Method：40 patients of CAA were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group and 20healthy persons were selected as normal group. The control group was treated with cyclosporin soft capsules, yasuo andstanozolol. For the treatment group, besides the above treatment, Yishen Shengxue Formula was used. We assayed thechanges of serum IFN - γ, IL - 4 and T cell subsets before and after treatment by flow cytometry. Result ： The results sug-gest that the levels of IFN - γ and IL - 4 decreased significantly and there was significant difference between the twogroups. Conclusion：CAA onset is closely related to the abnormal immune function. Yishen Shengxue Formula can signifi-cantly improve the treatment efficacy on chronic aplastic anemia.
