摘要
目的参加2018年全国食源性疾病监测沙门菌检测的能力验证,正确的完成此次考核。方法对3株来自4份模拟粪便样本的可疑沙门菌在系统生化鉴定的基础上,应用PCR方法进行分子检测、飞行质谱法确证、血清凝集及药敏试验。结果 VETEK系统生化鉴定2株为肠炎沙门氏菌,另外1株为双相亚利桑那亚种肠道沙门菌。26种抗生素的MIC药敏试验显示肠炎沙门氏菌对26种抗生素均为敏感。双相亚利桑那亚种沙门菌除对链霉素耐药外,其余均为敏感。结论 4份考核样本中3份为沙门菌阳性,分离鉴定出的一株菌为双相亚利桑那亚种沙门菌,此菌不常见,易漏检,证明沙门菌的检测能力能满足食源性疾病监测的要求。
Objective To Participate in the test of the national foodborne disease surveillance for the detection of Salmonella in 2018,and completed the assessment correctly.Methods Three suspected salmonella strains were isolated from four simulated fecal samples.Besides regular biochemical assays,bacterial species were identified by PCR and MALDI-TOF MS.Serological test and antimicrobial susceptibility test were also performed.Results VETEK 2 Compact systematic identification revealed that 2 out of 3 strains belonged to Salmonella enteritidis,and the one was S.diarizonae.The two Salmonella enteritidis were sensitive to 26 antibiotics by MIC assay.The S.diarizonae was sensitive to 26 antibiotics except for streptomycin by MIC assay.Conclusion Three of the four assessment samples were positive for Salmonella,and a S.diarizonae strains was isolated and identified which was uncommon and easily lead to undetected,demonstrating that Salmonella detection ability can meet the requirements of foodborne disease surveillance.
