摘要
通信技术经过一百多年的发展,已经初步完成建设和普及的任务,通信产品已从高端商品变成了大众生活必需品,通信技术也进入转折时期,从设备制造、网络建设转变为业务开发与运行,由此带来通信运行企业、生产企业以及其他行业中的应用都在发生变化,我们的人才培养对策也要做出相应变化;紧跟市场,培养适应市场的合格人才。
After more than one hundred years’ development,communication technology has basically set up and popularized. Communication products have become everyday life necessities for the public rather than high-end commodities. Therefore,communication technology has entered a transition period,changing from equipment manufacturing and network construction to business development and operation. Communication operation enterprises,manufacturing enterprises and their application in other fields have all changed correspondingly. Naturally,the personnel cultivation countermeasures should also change so as to keep up with market and cultivate qualified personnel to suit the market.
