摘要
"诚信友爱"是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要目标,也是推进和实现社会和谐的必然要求和客观条件。然而,当前在我国却存在信用不足的现象,其原因在于社会转型期人们的道德困惑、产权制度存在缺陷、行政改革不到位和历史文化传统的负面影响。要提升信用水平,应建立信用制度和加强产权保护,建设法治政府和信用政府,大力营造"信用文化"。
"Loyalty and friendliness" is the significant target to construct the harmonious socialism society. It is also the inevitable request and the object condition to advance and achieve the harmony of the society. However, there still exists the phenomenon of lacking credit in our country at present. Here are the reasons: people’s moral perplexity, the flaw of the property rights system, the imperfection of the administrative reform, and the negative influence of historical and cultural traditions in the social reforming time. So we should set up the credit system, strengthen the protection of the property rights, and establish a government ording law and a credit to create vigorously "the credit culture".
