摘要
在现代社会中,真正的权威不是可有可无的,它不同于强力、强制、专断、专制,是与理性信仰结合在一起的、内外统一的整体。权威对于班主任工作具有重要意义,今天班主任工作中的许多问题都可以从班主任权威的缺失上找原因。解决问题的途径之一就是从知、情、行三个方面入手,促进班主任权威的形成。
In modern society,the real authority is not an option,which is different from mightiness,compulsion,arbitrary and autarchy,is a combination of rational believes,and the unity of inner and outer.The authority of the headteacher is of great significance,and many problems can be found in it.One of the ways to solve the problem is to start from realization,feeling and behavior to accelerate the form of the authority of the headteacher.
