摘要
通过测量γ-聚谷氨酸、透明质酸与甘油在相对湿度43%和相对湿度81%的环境中的吸湿率和保湿率,以及不同浓度的γ-聚谷氨酸、透明质酸与甘油水溶液的湿水量,表征其吸湿性和保湿性,比较三者作为化妆品保湿剂的保湿效果以及在化妆品中的适宜添加量。结果表明,γ-聚谷氨酸的保湿性强于甘油,接近透明质酸,在不同湿度条件下保湿效果稳定,可以作为化妆品用保湿剂;甘油、透明质酸、聚谷氨酸溶液分别在1.0、0.1、0.1g/100m L浓度下表现出较好的保湿效果。
Moisture absorption and moisture retention of γ-polyglutamic acid, hyaluronic acid and glycerol were mea-sured in the environment with relative humidity of 43% and 81%, and the moisture content of the different concentra-tions of γ-polyglutamic acid, hyaluronic acid and glycerin solution were measured, to characterize its moisture ab-sorption and moisture retention, and their moisturizing effect used as humectant for cosmetics and suitable amountadded in cosmetics were compared. The results showed that the moisture retention of γ-polyglutamic acid's was bet-ter than glycerol, while approximate hyaluronic acid, its moisturizing effect was stable under different humidity condi-tions, so it can be used as humectant for cosmetics; Glycerol, hyaluronic acid and γ-polyglutamic acid has good mois-turizing effect under the concentration of 1g/100 m L, 0.1g/100 m L and 0.1g/100 m L respectively.
