聚乙二醇引发对几种牧草种子发芽率和活力的影响 被引量:45

摘要 应用聚乙二醇(PEG)引发法探讨了不同引发渗透势、时间处理对无芒雀麦、苏丹草、沙打旺、小冠花、紫花苜蓿等牧草种子萌发和活力的影响。结果表明,在适宜处理下供试种子发芽速度、发芽率及活力指数分别显著高于对照(P<0.05);PEG的引发作用还表现为提高活力效应大于提高发芽率效应。结果还表明,低渗透势(-0.9、-1.2、-1.5MPa)引发处理对提高种子发芽率无作用;但促进种子早期萌发的效应对于沙打旺和小冠花种子的反应仍很强烈,对苏丹草种子则仅有增强的趋势。综合分析PEG对5种牧草种子引发效应依次为:苏丹草>小冠花>沙打旺>无芒雀麦>紫花苜蓿。根据有效、经济、方便的原则,几种牧草种子最佳引发处理条件分别为:无芒雀麦:-0.1MPa1d和-0.5MPa1d;苏丹草:-0.5MPa5d,-0.7MPa2d;沙打旺:-0.5MPa2d,-0.7MPa3d和5d;小冠花:-0.7MPa2d和3d;紫花苜蓿:-0.1MPa3d和-0.3MPa3d。 The effects of osmotic priming on germination and vigour of seeds treated with polyethylene glycol (PEG) at different priming osmotic potentials and time durations were studied for some herbage species, including Bromus inermis, Sorghum sudanense, Astragalus adsurgens, Coronilla varia and Medicago sativa. It was shown that, under adequate treatment, the germination speed and percentage and the vigour index of PEGtreated seeds were significantly higher than those of nontreated seeds ( P<0.05). The effect of PEG treatment on seed vigour was observed greater than that on germination percentage. At a low osmotic potential (-0.9, -1.2, -1.5 MPa) PEG had no effects on germination percentage, but it promoted early seed germination significantly for WTBX]A.adsurgens and C. varia (P<0.05), and, to some extent, for S. sudanense. The effectiveness of osmotic priming was compared between the tested species and the optimal treatment levels were discussed.
