基于片上可编程技术的矿用电缆故障检测装置的设计

摘要 针对现有电缆故障检测仪器体积大、便携性差、不适合在煤矿井下特殊环境中使用的问题,本文采用了时域反射技术和等效采样原理,结合SOPC技术,根据其具备的软硬件系统可编程的特点,设计并实现了一种电缆故障检测设备。实验结果表明,该设备不仅可对电缆短路、断路故障准确定位,同时还具有体积小、便携性高、成本低、易操作等特点,适合于煤矿井下应用及推广。 In view of the problems that the existing cable fault detection equipment has large size, poor portability andis not suitable to be used in the special environment under the coal mine. The paper adopted time domain reflectiontechnology and equivalent sampling principle, combined with SOPC technology, the cable fault detection equipmentwas designed and implemented based on the programming characteristics of its equipped software and hardware sys-tem. The experimental results showed that the device can have an accurate positioning for cable short circuit and opencircuit fault, but also has small size, high portability, low cost and easy operation, which is suitable for the applicationand popularization under coal mine
