基于SOPC技术的矿用电缆故障检测装置的设计

摘要 针对现有电缆故障检测仪器体积大、便携性差、不适合在矿山作业环境中使用的问题,采用时域反射技术和等效采样原理,结合SOPC技术,根据其具备的软硬件系统可编程的特点,设计并实现了一种电缆故障检测设备。试验结果表明,该设备不仅可对电缆短路、断路故障准确定位,同时还具有体积小、便携性高、成本低、易操作等特点。 In view of the disadvantages of existing cable fault detection instruments,such as large volume and poor portability,which lead to a situation that the instruments is unsuitable to be used in mining operation environment,this paper designs and implements an equipment of cable fault detection.According to the characteristics that its hardware and software system are programmable,the cable fault detection equipment in this paper is implemented by adopting the time domain reflection technology,the equivalent sampling principle and SOPC technology.The experiment results show that the equipment can not only pinpoint the cable short circuit and open circuit fault accurately,but also has characteristics of small volume,high portability,low cost,easy operation,and so on.
