摘要
由于钻式采煤机箱体结构难以通过传统的机械设计方法校核,本文利用有限元分析法对传动箱体进行了强度校核。分析结果表明:本文设计的传动箱体结构强度安全系数为8.4,其满足设计要求,但可以适当减小设计安全系数以降低材料消耗。有限元分析得到的传动箱体应力、位移分布云图对钻式采煤机传动箱体的进一步改进设计提供一定的参考依据。
Because of that transmission block body of auger miner is difficult to carry out strength checking through the traditional mechanical design method, finite element analysis was adopted to check the strength of transmission block body. The results show that the safety factor of structural strength of transmission block body is 8.4, it is satisfied for designing requirements. But appropriate reducing design safety coefficient could reduce material consumption.The stress and displacement distribution of transmission block body which obtained from finite element analysis can provide some basis for transmission block body's improved Designing.
