摘要
利用有限元分析法分析液压支架双耳联接头在推拉2种工况下的应力分布情况,结合联接头实际损坏情况,找出联接头受力时的薄弱位置,通过改进联接头薄弱位置的尺寸,将联接头的安全性提高35%以上,满足井下实际使用的要求。
Using finite element method analysis stress distribution of hydraulic support binaural connection under two conditions of the push and pull,and combined with the actual damage,find out the weak position of binaural connection.
