摘要
目的解决机动卫勤分队基地化训练导调工作中的问题,为实战化训练提供支撑。方法梳理总结以往的做法,分析导调工作中存在的问题,探讨基地化训练导调设计的新思路。结果导调工作存在信息壁垒,科目设计缺乏指导规范,科目实施缺乏高度逼真的实战化支撑条件。结论提出通过建立更加系统完善的工作机制,建立集成丰富的训练资源信息库,以及建立高度现代化的导调支撑平台,来完善分队基地化训练中的导调工作,提高分队训练效率。
Objective To solve the problems in the guidance and adjustment in the base training of the mobile medical service unit,and provide support for the actual combat training.Methods The previous practices were combed and summarized,the problems existing in the guidance work were analyzed,and the new ideas of the design of the guidance of the base training were discussed.Results There were information barriers in the guidance work,the design of the subjects lacked guidelines,and the implementation of the subjects lacked a highly realistic support condition for actual combat.Conclusion Through the establishment of a more systematic and perfect working mechanism,an integrated and rich information base of training resources,as well as a highly modern guidance support platform to improve the guidance work and improve the training efficiency.
