摘要
结合印度尼西亚特殊高温环境及Meikarta项目大体积底板混凝土施工和技术要求,开展混凝土配合比设计和性能测试。经过配合比试验,确定2组备选配合比。通过对备选配合比进行相关耐久性测试,确定了掺量为45%大掺量矿物掺合料配合比,混凝土28 d干燥收缩率为242×10-6,平板抗裂等级为II级。该配合比工作性能良好,工程应用效果良好。
According to the special high temperature environment in tropical areas of Indonesia and technical requirements of mass concrete in Meikarta project,the concrete mix proportion design and performance test are carried out.Based on tests,the mix proportion test is done systematically to make sure two sets of alternative mix proportion.Through durability tests,concrete mixture ratio in engineering application that is content of 45%large amount of mineral admixture is determined,whose 28 d drying shrinkage is 242×10-6,plate cracking is grade II.The engineering application shows that on the basis of the concrete high production work and good application of engineering.
