摘要
石粉含量的变化对机制砂混凝土强度的影响情况比较复杂,因此通过将石粉含量不同的机制砂掺入C30和C50混凝土,研究石粉含量对不同强度的混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响规律。通过上述系统研究得出:机制砂中适量的石粉可以完善机制砂的级配,丰富机制砂中浆体含量,有利于改善机制砂混凝土的工作性能。但对于不同强度等级混凝土而言,机制砂中石粉的最佳含量不同,C30在10%~15%左右,C50在7%~10%左右。在混凝土中适量的石粉可以起到填充作用,有利于机制砂混凝土强度提高。石粉含量对混凝土耐久性有一定的影响,对C30混凝土的耐久性能提高,C50混凝土的耐久性影响不大。
The influence of stone powder content on the strength of machine-made sand concrete is complex. Therefore, by mixing machine-made sand with different stone powder content into C30 and C50 concrete, the influences of stone powder content on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete with different strength were analyzed. This research focused on the content of machine-made sand stone powder and its influences on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete. Through systematic research it is concluded that appropriate amount of stone powder in manufactured sand can improve its gradation, enrich its slurry content, and is helpful to improve the workability of the manufactured sand concrete. However, the optimum content of stone powder in manufactured sand is different for concrete with different strength grades, which is around 10%~15% in C30 and 7%~10% in C50. The appropriate amount of stone powder in concrete has a filling effect, which is conductive to the improvement of the strength of manufactured sand concrete. The content of stone powder has certain impacts on the durability of manufactured sand concrete, which can improve the durability of C30 concrete and have little impact on the durability of C50 concrete.
