多因素作用下混凝土早期强度及抗渗性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对西部严寒及多盐渍地区灌注桩混凝土,通过正交试验,主要研究了水胶比、引气剂掺量以及养护温度3种因素交互作用下对混凝土早期强度以及抗渗性能的影响。试验结果表明:对混凝土强度起主导作用的因素是因素A(水胶比),其次是因素C(养护温度),而因素B(引气剂)对混凝土的强度影响最小;对混凝土电通量起主导作用的是因素C,因素A影响次之,因素B对混凝土的电通量影响最小;通过因素指标分析得到,随着水灰比增加平均强度逐渐降低,平均电通量逐渐增大;随着引气剂掺量增加平均强度逐渐降低,平均电通量呈现先减小后增大趋势;随着养护温度的升高平均强度逐渐增大,平均电通量呈现降低趋势,正交试验得出的因素A、B、C对混凝土强度以及抗渗性的影响与单一变量试验结果一致;在本次正交试验中,混凝土抗压强度与抗渗性能并没有很好的相关性。 Aimed at the pouring pile concrete in the cold and saline soil areas at China western,the effects of water-binder ratio,air-entraining agent dosage and curing temperature on the early strength and impermeability of concrete were studied by orthogonal test.The results show that the factors that dominate the strength of concrete are factor A(water-binder ratio),followed by factor C(curing temperature),and the influence of factor B(air-entraining agent)is relatively small.The factors that dominate the electric flux of concrete are the factor C,followed by factor A,and the influence of factor B is relatively small.Through the analysis of factor index,with the increase of water-binder ratio,the average compressive strength decreases gradually and the average electric flux increases.With the increase of the amount of air-entraining agent,the average compressive strength decreases gradually,and the average electric flux decreases first and then increases.With the increase of curing temperature,the average compressive strength increases gradually,the average electric flux decreases gradually.The effects of factors A,B and C on the strength and impermeability of the concrete are consistent with those of the single variable test.In this orthogonal test,there is no good correlation between the compressive strength and impermeability of concrete.
