摘要
适宜含气量不但有利于提高混凝土的抗冻性能,而且还有利于提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,对二者的影响规律也相似。混凝土抗冻性试验和氯离子渗透试验结果表明:随着混凝土中含气量的不断增加,混凝土抗冻性能与抗氯离子渗透性能先增加后减小。建议C30、C40混凝土含气量控制在3.5%~5%,C50混凝土含气量控制在5%~7%。
Appropriate air content is beneficial not only to improve freezing resistance of concrete,but also to enhance penetration resistance of chloride ions,and has similar influencing rules for both.The results of freezing resistance test and chloride ions penetration test for concrete show that the freezing resistance and penetration resistance of chloride ions of concrete decrease first and then decrease with escalation of air content in concrete.This paper recommends that the air content in C30 and C40 concretes is controlled within 3.5%~5% and in C50 concrete within 5%~7%.
