摘要
为了解黑龙江省进口荷斯坦奶牛感染牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的情况,试验采用原核表达蛋白E0-E2为抗原,建立间接ELISA法,检测奶牛血清中BVDV的抗体。结果表明:九三地区的BVDV抗体阳性率最高,达到了72.22%;密山地区阳性率最低,但也达到了59.91%;北安地区阳性率为61.84%,总体血清阳性率为64.35%。说明病毒性腹泻在黑龙江省存在非常高的血清阳性率,提示必须加强对本病的检疫净化,采用间接ELISA法对不同牛群进行BVDV抗体检测,可以及时了解病毒性腹泻的感染清况,为防治该病提供理论依据。
The aim of the present study was to investigate the infection of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV) in imported Holstein dairy cows in Heilongjiang province.The indirect ELISA method was established to detect BVDV antibody in the serum of dairy cows by using prokaryotic expression protein E0-E2 as antigen.The results showed that the positive rate of BVDV antibody was the highest in Jiusan region,reaching 72.22%.The positive rate in the Mishan area was the lowest,but it also reached 59.91%.The positive rate of BVDV in Beian area was 61.84% and the overall seroprevalence was 64.35%.It was indicated that there was a very high serum positive rate of BVD in Heilongjiang province,which suggested that the quarantine and purification of the disease must be strengthened.The indirect ELISA method could be used to detect different cattle BVD antibody.The infection condition of BVD could be understood in time by using the method,which could also be a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
