摘要
近年来,为了完善综合交通运输体系,我国大力倡导发展多式联运。海铁联运作为多式联运的重要组成部分,具有成本低、运量大、污染小的优点,因此,京津冀地区发展海铁联运对加快物流大通道建设具有重要的战略意义。通过对京津冀地区五大港口海铁联运现状的分析,提出京津冀地区海铁联运存在着疏港能力不足、信息管理跟踪滞后、货源供求不稳定的问题,并结合京津冀地区港口的实际情况提出了对策建议。
In recent years,in order to improve the comprehensive transportation system,China has vigorously advocated the development of multimodal transport.As an important part of multimodal transport,sea-rail combined transport has the advantages of low cost,large volume and low pollution.Therefore,the development of sea-rail combined transport in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is of great strategic significance for accelerating the construction of large-scale logistics channels.Based on the analysis of the present situation of sea-rail combined transport in five major ports in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this essay points out that there are some problems in sea-rail combined transport in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,such as inadequate capacity of port evacuation,lagging information management,unstable supply and demand of goods.Finally,the essay puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the actual situation of ports in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
