摘要
唐山市曹妃甸地区是河北省沿海发展的重要增长极,铁路在地区发展中发挥着重要作用。在阐述曹妃甸地区铁路现状及其建设规划的基础上,分析当前铁路运输中存在的问题,提出提高曹妃甸地区铁路运输效率的主要对策,即综合定位曹妃甸地区车站,从调度指挥、车流组织、经营管理方面完善运输组织和经营管理,以便为实现曹妃甸路港联运、经济崛起奠定基础。
Caofeidian area in Tangshan city is an important growth pole of coastal development in Hebei province, and railway plays an important role on the regional development. Based on expounding the railway status in Caofeidian area and its construction plan, this paper analyzes the problems existing in current railway transportation, puts forward main countermeasures of increasing railway transport efficiency in Caofeidian area, which means comprehensively locating stations in the area, improving transport organization and operation management from aspects of traffic control command, vehicle flow organization and operation management, so as to provide foundation of realizing rail-port inter-model transportation and economic rise in Caofeidian area.
