摘要
在"大众创业,万众创新"的新常态经济下,高科技人才作为浙江经济创新转型升级的重要资源,如何充分激发高科技人才自主创新的潜在动力是推动浙江经济全面转型升级的有利保障,同时也为国内其他区域高科技人才的激励提供具有非常重要的借鉴意义。从生态系统的视角,研究如何有效激发高科技人才自主创新能力的体系构建。
In the'public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation'of the new normal economy, high-tech talent as an important resource of innovation, transformation and upgrading of zhejiang economy, how to fully arouse the high-tech talent potential power, independent innovation is to promote transformation and upgrading of zhejiang economic comprehensive guarantee. At the same time also for other domestic regional high-tech talent incentive has very important significance. This article from the perspective of ecological system, research how to effectively stimulate high-tech talented person's capacity for independent innovation system construction.
