摘要
学前教育教研员是促进幼儿教育健康发展的骨干力量,随着学前教育的快速发展,学前教研员的作用也日益凸显。通过对全省部分地区教研员专业发展状况的调研和分析,旨在达成三个目的:了解全省学前教育教研员自身及专业发展现状;分析学前教育教研员专业发展需求及存在的问题;提出促进学前教育教研员专业发展的有效建议。
The preschool education researcher is the backbone to promote the healthy development of early childhood education.With the rapid development of preschool education,preschool education researchers' role has become increasingly prominent. This research,based on research and analysis of their professional development in some areas of our province,tries to reach three objectives:to understand the current status of preschool education researchers themselves and their professional development in our province,to analyze their professional development demand of preschool education researchers and the existing problems and to provide effective suggestions to promote the professional development of preschool education researchers.
