替格瑞洛在冠心病支架植入术后抗血小板治疗中的护理 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林抗血小板治疗的有效护理方法。方法:选取15例冠心病支架植入术后患者,在血栓弹力图监测下使用替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林抗血小板治疗,并在用药前、用药后给予相应的指导与护理。结果:通过合理有效的护理干预,患者治疗期间均按时服药,定期随访,未发生药物相关的并发症。结论:血栓弹力图监测下抗血小板药物的应用及积极的护理健康指导,可以提高患者服药依从性。
