水栒子果肉黄酮的匀浆提取工艺及响应面法优化 被引量:2

摘要 目的:以水子为原料,应用响应面法研究匀浆法提取水子果肉中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法:考察了乙醇体积分数(X1)、料液比(X2)、匀浆时间(X3)三个因素对总黄酮得率和纯度的影响。结果:优化工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数75%、料液比1:15、提取时间2 min、提取2次。结论:在此优化条件下,水子果肉中总黄酮的得率和纯度可分别达到3.22%和53.67%。 Objective:AIM:Taking the Cotoneaster multiflorus as material, the method of homogenated extraction was used to extract Total Flavone from Cotoneaster multiflorus Pulp. METHODS: The effects of ethanol concentration (X1), solid-liquid ratio (X2), and homogenation time on the yield and purity of total flavonoids were studied. RESULTS:The optimized conditions were obtained as follows:75%ethyl alcohol as solvent, ratio of solid to liquid 1:15, extract twice and 2 minutes each time. CONCLUSION:Under these conditions, the yield and purity of total flavonoids from Cotoneaster multiflorus pulp were 3.22%and 53.67%, respectively.
