摘要
目的:用离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定7-氨基头孢菌烷酸的含量。方法:用磷酸氢二钠试剂,在C_(18)色谱柱上测定7-氨基头孢菌烷酸原料的含量。流动相为乙腈-PH5.5磷酸盐缓冲液(3:22),检测波长263nm。结果: 7-氨基头孢菌烷酸浓度在9.36—234μg/mL,存在的线性良好关系,回收率在99.7%～99.9%。结论:本方法测定速度快,用样量少,结果准确,重现性好。
Objective:To determine 7-ACA content by ion-pair RP-HPLC.Methods:The content of 7-ACA raw material was determined on C_(18)chromatographic column by using disodium hydrogen phosphate reagent.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-pH5.5 phosphate buffer solution(3:22),Detection wavelength at 263nm.Rsults:7-ACA concen- tration at 9.36-234mg/ml,existing linear relationship was good,and recovery rate was 99.7%～99.9%.Conclusion: The speed of determination method is rapid,used sample quantity is few.The result is accurate with good repeatability.
