摘要
采用哈希快速光度法测定烟气脱硝装置的氨逃逸浓度,通过优化现场采样时的采样流量、采样枪温度、吸收液浓度和用量,以及选择合适的显色时间,使该方法在0.12 mg/m^3~5.10 mg/m^3范围内精密度与准确度良好,方法检出限为0.03 mg/m^3,2份实际样品6次测定的RSD分别为1.2%和0.1%,氨氮有证标准物质的测定结果在标准值范围内,实际样品2个浓度水平的加标回收率为100%和98.8%。将该方法与国标法同时测定实际样品和标准样品,结果无显著差异。
Hach rapid spectrophotometry was used to determine the ammonia escape concentration from flue gas denitrification device. By optimizing sampling flow rate, sampling probe temperature, absorbing solution con-centration and consumption, and choosing appropriate color developing time, the testing result of Hach rapid spectrophotometry showed a high precision and accuracy in the range from 0. 12 mg/m3 to 5. 10 mg/m3 . The de-tection limit of this method was 0. 03 mg/m3 . The relative standard deviations of 2 practical samples by 6 dupli-cate test were 1. 2% and 0. 1%, respectively. The results of ammonium certified standard materials were within the uncertainty of the standard values. The recoveries of 2 spiked samples with different concentration were 100% and 98. 8%, respectively. Comparing this method with national standard method, no significant difference were detected in practical samples analysis results.
