摘要
夹具作为产品与振动台之间的连接部件在振动试验中起着非常重要的作用。为了探究夹具特性对振动试验控制精度影响效应,根据夹具设计准则的基本要求,对某型号试件的振动试验的两种不同的夹具进行振动试验研究和有限元分析,得到两种夹具的自身特性以及其振动试验特性,并根据试验结果对该类的振动试验夹具的设计给出合理化建议。
As a connecting part between the product and the shaker, the fixture plays a very important role in the vibration test. In order to investigate the effect of fixture characteristics on the control precision of vibration test, and according to the basic requirements of fixture design criteria, two kinds of fixture for a certain type of specimen were subjected to vibration test and finite element analysis. The characteristics of the two kinds of fixtures and their vibration test characteristics are obtained, and some rationalization recommendations for the vibration test fixture design are given according to the results.
