摘要
针对传统的基于加速度控制的振动试验中极易出现的"过试验"现象,结合振动台结构动力学和电磁动力学方程,建立了振动台系统的机电耦合模型,获得了振动台输入电流、电压与界面力的映射关系,并通过试验验证了该方法给出的界面力结果与直接测力结果吻合较好,精度满足工程要求。界面力获取方法实施较为方便,与传统振动试验相比,无需改变界面条件,可作为力测量设备直接测力法的有益补充。
In order to alleviate over-testing in traditional acceleration-controlled vibration tests, we established an electromechanical coupling dynamic model of a shaker system using a combination of structure dynamic and electromagnetic dynamic equations. We obtained the mapping relationship between armature current/voltage and interface force, then proposed an indirect measurement test program of interface force to validate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method. This method of interface force was more convenient, in that it avoided the need to change the interface conditions and was a useful supplement to traditional force measurement devices. © 2017, Editorial Department of JVMD.
