在盐酸介质中,铜与巯基乙酸、邻菲罗啉的络合物干峰电位—0.53V(vs.SCE)出现一个尖锐的吸附波。最佳条件由0.6N HCl—0.02%巯基乙酸-0.0025%邻菲绕啉-0.0075%硫脲或者由0.6N HCl-0.02%巯基乙酸-0.0025%邻菲绕啉-0.0075%硫脲-0.0025%聚乙烯醇组成。测定极限0.0001μg ml^(-1)。波高与铜的浓度从0.001—0.050μg/10ml或0.03—2.00μg/10ml呈直线关系。大量的K^+、Na^+、NH_4^+、5mgFe^(3+)及一定量常见金属离子、阴离子不干扰铜的测定。该法用于天然水工业废水中痕量铜的测定,可获得快速满意的结果。
The polarographic adsorptive complex Wave of copper with thioglycollic acid and 1,10-phenathroline in HCl solution has been studied. This method is applicable to the rapid determination of trace copper in waste water with satisfactory results.
