摘要
利用自行设计制造的新型氢化物发生及吸收装置,将流动注射技术同氢化物发生分光光度法有机地结合在一起.设计了一种单间FIA氢化物发生分光光度测砷的流路系统,该系统不需载气,选用AgNO3-HNO3-聚乙烯醇-乙醇混合液作为吸收液及KBH4溶液作为胂发生反应试剂。实验证明将该方法用于各种水样中痕量砷的测定,具有简便、快速(30次/h)、灵敏度高、重现性好(R.S.D.=3.04%)、检出限低(cL=1.82×10(-9)g/ml)等优点,可以广泛地用于各种环境污水中砷的测定。
A Single Valve FIA (Flow Injection Analysis )system with hydeide generation spectrophotometric detection was designed for the determination of the trace arsenic in wastewater. This FIA system had no need for any carrying gas. The new hydride generator and the absorbing device made by the authors were used in the FIA system. The KBH_4solution and the mixed silver nitrate- polyvinyl alcoholethanol solution were used for the generation and absorption, respectively, of arsenic hydride. The experimental results show that this method was very good for the determination of trace arsenic in wastewater. The FIA system had main advantages,including simple equipment, easy operation, high sensitivity, rapid determination (30 samples/ h ),good reproducibility (R. S. D = 3. 04%) and low detection limit (1. 82 × 10 ̄(- 9) g/ml).
