摘要
介绍了石化工业排放的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)废气的深度净化处理技术开发及工业应用情况。针对各种不同VOC废气的组成特点,开发了以催化氧化为核心的配套处理技术,包括石化污水处理场散发废气"脱硫及总烃浓度均化-催化氧化"、热塑性丁苯橡胶生产尾气"冷凝-除雾-催化氧化"、环氧丙烷/苯乙烯(PO/SM)废气双系列催化氧化等典型石化工业废气的深度净化处理工艺。已建成多套VOC废气催化氧化处理装置。废气经过处理,净化气满足国家及地方相关排放标准限值。
This paper describes the development and industrial application of the deep purification technology of exhaust gases containg volatile organic compounds( VOC) from petrochemical industrial emissions. According to the complexity of the VOCs from different emission sources,a series of comprehensive treatment technology based on catalytic oxidation were developed,including 'desulfurization and total hydrocarbon concentration homogenizing-catalytic oxidation ' technology for the emit exhaust from petrochemical wastewater treatment plant,'condensing-demisting-catalytic oxidation ' for the exhaust from thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber production,dual series catalytic oxidation for propylene oxide / styrene( PO / SM)exhaust and other deep purification processes of typical petrochemical industrial emissions. Several sets of industrial catalytic oxidation facility have been constructed for VOCs emissions treatment. After the treatment of the waste gas,the purified gas meets the limit of the national and local emission standards.
