摘要 煤化工生产中产生的挥发性有机物VOCs(volatile organic compouds)带来的环境问题已经受到广泛的重视。VOCs不仅对人体有毒害作用,处置不当还容易发生燃烧、爆炸等安全事故。VOCs中的芳香烃和烯烃等碳氢化合物在光照作用下,可以和NOx发生反应,形成光化学烟雾(如洛杉矶光化学烟雾事件),造成二次污染危害人体健康。因此为进一步提升大气污染治理水平,煤化工生产中的挥发性有机物治理变得尤为重要。对煤化工生产中的挥发性有机物采取负压回收送焦炉燃烧无害化处理进行了研究。 The environmental problems caused by VOCs(volatile organic compounds)in coal chemical industry have been paid more and more attention.VOCs is not only toxic to human body,but also prone to combustion,explosion and other safety accidents if not handled properly.Aromatics and alkenes in VOCs can react with NOx under light,forming photochemical smog(Los Angeles photochemical smog event),causing secondary pollution and endangering human health.Therefore,in order to further improve the level of air pollution control,the treatment of volatile organic compounds in coal chemical production has become particularly important.In this paper,the harmless treatment of VOCs in coal chemical production by negative pressure recovery and combustion in coke oven is studied.
