摘要
为评估杭州市区河道水环境改善所采取的截污、清淤、引配水、原位修复四大类措施,对4类措施的成本、效益进行了量化分析,并给出了综合评价及实施建议。认为应将截污、清淤作为河道水环境改善的规定动作,配合引配水,在河段水质仍达不到要求的情况下,局部考虑原位治理,并应积极探索新的方式方法如源头控制、分散治理等。
This paper evaluated four kinds of measures,including sewage interception,desilting,water diversion and distribution and in-situ remediation,adopted to ameliorate Hangzhou urban river environments. The cost and efficiency of the four measures were analyzed quantitatively and the comprehensive assessments and implementation proposals were given. This paper deems measures of sewage interception and desilting should be adopted as compulsory measures in ameliorating river environments,with cooperation of water diversion and distribution,and should consider in-situ remediation partially when the water quality in certain channel segments had not met the requirements. It was necessary to actively explore new methods including source controlling and decentralized treatment.
