摘要
近年来,随着我国经济的发展,对铁、钒、钛等矿产品的需求量日益增加,对矿石的需求量越来越大,高品位的钒钛磁铁矿开采已接近枯竭,因此合理开发利用超贫磁铁矿资源将显得尤为重要,也是当前所面临的一个重要课题。结合最近对超贫钒钛磁铁矿资源的汇总资料,对开发利用超贫磁铁矿资源进行了深入的探索和研究,并分别从采矿、选矿工艺、尾矿处理工艺和超贫磁铁矿资源综合利用几个方面进行介绍。
In recent years,with the fast development of China's economy,the demand on iron,vanadium,titanium and other mineral products are increasing,and the need on the ore of high grade of vanadium,titanium,magnetite has been nearly exhausted. So how to develop the reasonable utilization of ultra poor magnetite resources will be particularly urgent,which is also an important issue faced in the current. Combined with the recent summary data on ultra lean vanadium titanium magnetite resources,development and utilization of the ultra poor magnetite resources conducted in-depth exploration and research are reviewed. This paper also introduces the mining,beneficiation,tailings disposal technologies and ultra poor magnetite resources comprehensive utilization,respectively.
